What SpotMe is
A Remote ID and tracking device issued by DCAA
SpotMe is a Remote ID and tracking device issued under the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority. It reports position to the DCAA Monitoring System (DMS), the authority's tracking platform.
The device and the platform are DCAA's. Our role is distribution and supply.

How to choose
Weight is the deciding factor on a small drone. At ~35 g the Pro fits most airframes without a meaningful payload penalty; at ~205 g the Pro+ does not. Endurance is the deciding factor on crewed and long-duration platforms — 5+ hours will not cover a full day of balloon or helicopter operations, 48 hours will. If you are unsure which applies to your aircraft, email us with your platform and we will confirm.

DMS is not limited to multirotor drones. DCAA lists support for the following platforms. Confirm applicability for your aircraft before ordering — email us and we will check it against DCAA's current list.

Tracking is viewed through the DCAA Monitoring System app — available on iOS, Android and as a web dashboard. The app is DCAA's and is downloaded from DCAA. We link to the official DCAA page rather than hosting or mirroring any installer.
